Helpful workflow, human decisions.
These terms describe the current BuildVaro lead-response workflow: what the service does, what contractors and homeowners control, and what the product does not promise.
For information handling, read the Privacy Policy.
The BuildVaro service
BuildVaro provides a lead-response workflow for contractors. It receives website service requests, stores the submitted job context, sends a transparent acknowledgment and contractor notification, and can continue with configured follow-up emails while a lead remains eligible.
The service is a communication and workflow aid. It is not a contractor, emergency service, estimator, scheduler, or guarantee of work.
Submitting a service request
A person submitting a request should provide information they are authorized to share and should use contact details where the contractor can reach them. The form may ask for a name, email, phone, service, property or job context, area, description, a preferred appointment time, and answers to contractor-configured questions for that service type.
Submitting a request does not itself accept an appointment, create a price, or form a promise that the contractor will perform work.
Contractor-controlled next steps
The contractor reviews the request, decides whether and how to respond, and controls availability, pricing, appointment acceptance, scheduling, and the next step in the customer relationship. BuildVaro does not replace those decisions.
BuildVaro does not guarantee that a request becomes a booking, a completed job, or revenue. Homeowners and contractors are responsible for confirming the details of any work directly with one another.
Acknowledgments and follow-up emails
The current workflow may send an automated acknowledgment after a request is saved and may send configured follow-up emails if the lead remains eligible. Follow-up emails include a “Stop receiving follow-ups” link that updates the homeowner’s follow-up preference through the BuildVaro opt-out path.
Stopping follow-ups does not represent a deletion request and does not change any appointment, price, or contractor decision made outside the BuildVaro workflow.
Accounts and responsible use
Contractor account users are responsible for the information and workflow settings they provide, for keeping their account credentials under their control, and for reviewing requests before making business or customer-care decisions.
Users should not use BuildVaro to misrepresent pricing, availability, appointment status, or the identity of the contractor responding to a homeowner.
Current scope of these terms

They do not settle a legal entity name, physical address, governing law, retention schedule, billing terms, cancellation terms, refund policy, or contractor Data Processing Addendum; those details are marked for owner review below rather than guessed here.
